Piceno is a land of infinite beauty, characterized by flavors and aromas of the past, a territory which has maintained an atmosphere of tradition and regard for the past always able to surprise even the most demanding travellers, with its landscapes and its food and wine. Recipes and traditional flavors, but also original and innovative menus matched carefully with esteemed wines, can be savoured every day in our restaurant. For example on Thursdays and Sundays the protagonist is the “Oliva all’ Ascolana", with a buffet dedicated to the traditional fried stuffed olives.
On Fridays, our Chef suggests new and delicious fish dishes, cooking the bluefish caught in the Adriatic Sea. Matching local fine wines with every dish, we create a moment of gastronomic and oenological excellence: fish dishes are wonderfully accompanied by Pecorino and Passerina, while for meat and salami is certainly recommended a Rosso Piceno Superiore . In autumn, chestnuts and truffles, typical products of the Sibillini Park, invite the traveller to very promising researches. A land, where sea, hills and mountains products, blend harmoniously, offering emotions and stimulating you to approach the gastronomic traditions of the Piceno: a millenary story told by ancient vineyards and olive groves, oak woods and chestnut trees and the deep blue of the Adriatic Sea.
